The journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for articles accepted for publication.

The applicable publication fee is as follows:

• Authors based in Ukraine: UAH 2,000 per article (for up to 20 pages inclusive).

• Authors based outside Ukraine: USD 100 per article (for up to 20 pages inclusive).

The applicable fee is determined according to the author's country of residence or institutional affiliation, as specified in the journal's fee policy. Where a manuscript has multiple authors affiliated with institutions in different countries, the applicable fee is determined according to the journal's established rules and communicated to the authors before payment.

The publication fee covers costs associated with editing of articles, journal layout and the hosting of its electronic version.

Publication fees do not influence the peer review process or editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the same academic standards and editorial criteria.

The applicable publication fee and payment instructions are communicated to authors before payment is requested.

At the author's request, a printed copy of the journal can be ordered. The cost of a printed copy is 50 USD, which must be paid in addition to the publication fee.

The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles (without co-authors) by third-level higher education students enrolled in state-funded programmes (regardless of the higher education institution), provided that the articles comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.

Along with the article, third-level higher education applicants (postgraduate students) enrolled in state-funded programmes must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrolment in a state-funded programme. The certificate must be certified by the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the seal of that department.
